2.2.2. 64/20 means 20 bits Id the network. You need 10 subnets so 10 + 2 = 12 next highest power of 2 is 16(24), the 4 bits will be borrowed from the host and added to the network portion. So your /20 network bits becomes /24 which represent the mask.
